Gang Room on TS

Hey, i am new in here and i want to have a gang room on TS.
The gang rooms to ts say to visit the site for that, but i didnt find anything like an apply or something,thats why i ask it from here.

You need to have at least 8 active members using team speak and have 5 of them online at the time in order to create the gang room. (Random people you recruit off the street do not count.)
