Gang Ranks

So, firstly I have searched the forums to see if this has been discussed before and It doesn't seem so. Would it be a good idea if there were ranks while in a gang that work exactly the same as the police ones do?. It would make it a lot more clear of which rank the person is in your gang and show who is in charge for example. I know it says who is the leader already from the menu however I think that it would look kind of cool to have the rank and maybe an icon but so that it's different from the police to stop it from causing a lot of confusion. There are a lot of advantages to this as well as some minimal disadvantages that I can think of 

Please feel free to post your opinion as I would love to get some feedback on whether this is a good idea or not although if you have any criticize please make it constructive as I really don't like hate. Maybe if you think it is a good idea then add to my suggestion with other ideas because I have put some consideration into this and would love someone to add if you think it is good

You can create different squad.xml files to show different ranks if you want to. That's what the UNMC do, and they're in the civ slots same as you.

Hmm I didn't know they used civ slots I thought it was something that an admin has to verify still  thanks for the information, I will talk to the gang leader and see what he has to say about it but apparently it takes a long time to change that file individually still thanks again and we will have to possibly check it out
