Gang Rank increase [Request]

The gang leader has been banned & I am rank 3, but have been given permission to become Level 4 so I can sell the gang base(I invested a fair amount of money in it). However, becuase Owner is banned, I cannot sell at Level 3 and am unable to become Level 4, is there anyway Staff could put my Rank to 4 so I can sell.

@Snakeblood11 Has given me permission for this(He is gang owner & permission is shown in the ScreenShot bellow)
