Gang rank(Could I have staff help)

I am currently Rank 3 and need to be Rank 4, but the gang owner is banned and we decided to sell the property, but I am unable to. I contributed a fair amount and would like to be able to sell it so it isn't all lost but can't be, Can staff move my rank in the gang to Rank 4 or is that not possible?

The leader of the gang is @Snakeblood11 and he gave me permission to sell it.

I hope you can do this as It would be a bit unfair for @Simon Ross to lose out on the property because of the mistake I made...

Also if u need permission from me to do this. Obviously I give permission for him to be made owner of the gang.
