If you are trying to rob a someone and he drives away, you’re following him and a gang member from him shows up and shoots at you without initiation, is this allowed or against the rules?

He needs to initiate, or he must have witnessed you trying to rob him.. But even in the last case, unless he shoots you at the same moment as the robbery, he would need to initiate first.

what he's also failing to tell you or state is that the other gang member (not me) was also in the car as well as well as in a 2nd car following (me) so the initial initiate followed on to this scenario as he then proceeded to follow try to ram the car an when the car came to a stop the other gang members came to the defence due to the car being rammed and also in the same gang and rp was followed to the full and adhered too!
