gang house rent

hey, so we bought ourselves to rock bottom financially to get the gang house.

We dont play right now that much, what happens if we run out of rent`?

Do we just lose our life's worth of work because we decided not to play?

Surely you weren't expecting to keep something you are not paying for?

If you run out of rent you lose the property just like you would IRL. 

Rent is also cheap it's a few drug runs.

Clarifying the above. If you don't pay the rent and it expires then the house / gang base returns to the market for everyone else to purchase. 

This is done to prevent people from just going inactive and nothing being purchasable
