How do i withdraw money from the gang funds?

You can't withdraw money from Gang funds, you can only use them in all the stores dotted across the map (except markets & Vehicle shops)

Gang funds are pretty much like giftcards.

You spend your money on the giftcards and you can only use it in certain places even though they are still the same value.

Useless function but part of Tonics framework so its not that easy to get rid of
