How do i add funds to the gang? Also can i make vehicles accessible to all gang members?

Gang Funds is an option you will be given once money has been deposited into the gang funds, for example you go to buy your loadout from the rebel outpost or a GPS from the general store, if such funds is available the option will given to you to buy from the gang funds or your personal funds. You cannot at the moment have gang accessible vehicles unless you get them out yourself and hand them the keys in which they can use until server restart and the process has to happen again for them to be able to use it.

At an ATM, you will see an option under the transfer button called "Deposit to Gang funds", be careful with this, EVERYONE in the gang can use the funds and it can not be withdrawn.

I'll make this in more depth. If you have captured the rebel outpost and somebody buys weapons from there, part of the money goes into the gang funds.
