Gang funds and heilcopters

So my mates decide to make a gang called NAF (don't ask while its called that, they didn't get the jist of gang naming and can't change it now) and we have deposited around 236000 into the gang funds in order to pool it for a helicopter which was said to be possible by players talking in OCC at the time and my friend. However we can't withdraw any of the money from account due to the lack of an option at either an ATM or the dealer itself.

I'm writing to try and identify if this is a bug, my own stupidity or something that i should be writing a compensation ticket for because gang funds do not function in the preference that i have been *Foolishly* told by various individuals. Be grateful for any advice.

Gang funds work in the way that if you buy something and you have gang funds available it will ask if you want to use them. You don't withdraw them for use.

Basically, if you have enough gang funds for a heli, walk to to buyer without the cash on you (to be sure) and then try and buy it. You will get a dialogue box which says "you have gang funds available, would you like to use them." Select yes and you are away!

You can't take it out of the funds, when buying something it should give the option to buy it with your gang funds.

Only the weapons store allows for you to chose to purchase with cash or gang funds. Possibly the market however you cannot with vehicles etc.
