Gang bases

How do the gang bases work on the island, I have been to a few now but never see anyone there. Do people own them or can you buy them? I’ve tried looking through the forums to no avail. I used to love going to different bases for a great/sometimes scary RP session.

use windows key to check if its owned, if not you can buy it for like 10m

Although most of the good ones are bought but you never really see people at them all that often.

U only see people at them when they are being robbed

Basically, gang bases are purchaseable buildings that everyone in the gang will have access to, they are similar to houses in the fact u can upgrade them add a spawnpoint and other things, depending on the base you may have access to a vehicle/heli garage or both, u can also purchase a clothing store and gun store that have limited equipment so they dont replace any of the military areas.
