Game keeps crashing

So my game keeps crashing and I get the same error everytime and I'm not the biggest tech guy so does anyone know how to fix it?

DX is DirectX, the graphical API that the game uses to make your video card do the pretty.

Everythnig you do on screen makes calls to DirectX, Try disabling any additional hooks into DirectX that you dont need such as Raptr/ShadowPlay, OBS, Steam Overlay, Teamspeak Overwolf, all that kind of jazz. See how that goes.

Check all your GPU drivers are up to date as well for good measure. @krokapan
