G11.6 Rule Change

So I feel this rule should be changed to only allowing one character to be a part of any gang, not just whitelisted gangs. And the reason being I feel, and I know others probably feel none whitelist gangs tend to be more of a fraging gang, not saying every none whitelist gang do this but all the ones I have come across seem to. They make a gang start beef over minimum role play, then end up disbanding or even get banned, which also leads to them disbanding. They may use characters they no longer use or care about and just want to shoot. Seems there is no desire to make a gang and work towards getting that gang whitelisted, with good rp leading to it.

I know this will be unpopular with some, but at the end of the day it should be more about the role play and less about wanting to have big gun fights 24/7.

As far as i know this server like many other FiveM servers are driven by a loyal playerbase with multiple characters. I think if a change to this rule was implemented we'd see a big hit on gang activity in the city and like it or not gang activity is a major part of this community.
While i see your argument that some second characters are used as "fragging characters", i still believe this is a fairly one-dimensional and shallow opinion as a lot of people still are capable of creating high quality roleplay on their second characters, even if their second characters are created to avoid risks and obligations associated with their main character.

This is such a police main suggestion, You're lucky that you have gangs to begin with because without them you would be targeting taxi drivers XD -1

Nothing to do with police. This is from my time in a gang this suggestion came about.

I don't think I'd agree but alas. Even IF this would happen, how would you enforce this? Does any f6 count as a gang? So if I am with a couple mates on one character and we're in an f6 and I am part of a non-WL group (not even a gang) like Apex or Section 18 I would be in breach of the rule?

Or would it be only for gangs? If so, where do we draw the line?

A rule that would make it so hard for new gangs to form and provide new RP in city. The real issue that is being ignored is Whitelisted gangs fragging and not providing RP because they feel like the don't need to "Prove" themselves anymore.
