FYI - Tempest Transports are now choppable

I did check everything else and I mean EVERYTHING else but it seems that was it in regards to the chopshop changes....

I checked all the helicopters and the tempest chassis vehicles. 

There were no change to helicopters (mh9, orca and mohawk remain choppable), the tempest chops for 45k and I couldn't chop a Tempest device.

These tests were performed at the red zone chop shop.
