Furniture selling and more furniture interactions

I recently became a home owner and I feel that there are things that might help create RP senarios in the house and give more of a reason to use your house more and to make it easier buying and using furniture.

• You should be able to sell the furniture you don't want for half the price it was bought for back to the furniture shop or a furniture recycling store
  This will help home owners who have replaced old funiture get rid of things filling up thier furbishing list or who have bought the wrong funiture accidently
  
• You should be able to take your furniture with you when you sell your house. So if you remove the furniture from your house you get to keep it instead of losing it
  
• You should be able to use the radio to play music like a DJ booth for house party and general use
  
• You should be able to cook simple meals that you can't get in the store or restureant
  
• You should be able to play Youtube videos on your TV
  
• You should be able to give a copy of your keys to your friends like a car so they can temporarly enter the house until the next storm
  

It think this will give us more RP senarios and interactions with friends and give us more of a reason to use our houses instead of just using it for storage.
