What is the purpose of fuel trucks now on the server? Can you carry more oil in it or is it just a normal truck without trunk space?

 
It infact does have trunk space. For example Tempest fuel have 650 trunk space.

 
Yeah. but when you look at HEMTT fuel or Zamak fuel in Guide, its says 0 (RP) Storage. what does it mean?

The same says guide for Tempest fuel or when you are buying it at Kavala motors,yet it still has a trunk space.
