All it is, is basically the stuff you learned in your FTC, but you are the officer doing it. Its exactly the same as how you do it in your patrols too. You are given a scenario and you have to carry it out. Just do good roleplay and just have a laugh. Mark your things correctly and always radio in if you need back up (going up to an armed man or up to a gas station)
