Well I have a problem i get really nervous at the tests is it possible to calm me down or anything?

Most of my patrols has been my spc being taken as hostage 2/4 times. So yea

They are easy if you know what your doing! Read through the handbook and everything and at the end of the day you should do absolutely fine :)
