The year is 2024, Charlie Bootle is released from HMP Liverpool after a stretch following a multi million pound drug raid over 4 properties in Anfield, Liverpool. Charlie Bootle is no stranger to crime and has criminal charges going back to aged 16, starting at petty theft and arson from a young teen to County line drug charges and firearms in his later years, Charlie is no stranger to the underground world and has always manifested his life at the top.

Charlie has been one of the heads in the city in Liverpool for many years everybody knows him, the youngers want to be him, the olders had started to despise him for what he built around him, the fast cars, the women, the drugs, the money Charlie had it all but always still seemed to want more. After his prison release he began to think how he could be more how he could TAKE more Liverpool wasn't enough for him anymore and while on the inside he had made relations to some other inmates being held from the city of Los Santos.
Charlie began to learn all about the opportunities moving to Los Santos could make for him it seemed like a whole new world for the taking. He became good friends with some gang members who originated from Los Santos and in prison began hanging around with the guys and quickly became settled in within the ranks of the gang. Upon his release Liverpool just wasn't home anymore he had nobody and didn't see much other benefit to staying so without much more hesitation off he flew and began his new life over in Los Santos.
Jordon White had recently moved to the city of Los Santos after a family death shattered the family and Jordon decided it was time for a fresh start. Jordon is from a Lower income family and has spent most his time on the streets. Before his uncle died he worked part time at the family recycling plant, although living by the law and same respects as the general public never really suited Jordon. He was in and out of YOI from a young age and has always had a problem with a short temper and a love for violence.

Jordan continued his path on violence and crime the older he grew, being apart of robberies all across Vinewood, kidnappings and shootings, whatever he could do to get his hands on the money he did. Jordan was asked to come forward to take part in a hit on a jewellers downtown where he met Charlie Bootle who was the get away driver for the job. The two became good friends and continued there career together as a duo picking and choosing the roles and jobs they take.
These days you can catch Charlie and Jordon at the scrapyard they took over when Roger left it vacant, after a while of planning they are now leaking into Los Santos again and looking to take over, 'if it makes money it makes sense' is what the duo had to say when a local neighbour to the scrapyard asked them why they do what they do. They are the leaders of the group FTR which are due to make there name in the city sooner than you'd think.
