Well, after a break for a few weeks to visit family back in the UK,  I arrived back on Altis for my first evening as a civilian after retiring as one of Athira PD's DI's.

It's been a hard start, having expected to land back in Altis to purchase a new house by the beach with my police retirement fund I was disappointed to learn this promised fund hadn't been received. Nevertheless, administrative errors happen all the time and I expect the ultra reliable @Neo and team will be on top of this issue as soon as possible.

I'll be stopping by Kavala HQ to arrange a meeting with a CSI in the near future - get the kettle on chaps.

Aside from that, my first night resulted in me being almost kidnapped and having to explain I'm no longer a cop, a couple of difficult choices between eating and bending the law (no retirement payout) and a few other interesting encounters - adjusting to civilian life is going to be challenging!

So a big HELLO from me and hopefully I'll be able to sit out my retirement in peace and quiet without having to engage in any questionable activity in order to survive!

Who knows where I'll go from here....

(I'm back on the forums too :) )

Not to mention you busting in on the Altis Angels robbing a gas store; and stealing all the fucking Maltesers!

I'm forced to go from service station to service station to eat from bins - sometimes I score a hot dog, sometimes old cat food and sometimes, they make me "pay".

Talk about a fall from grace.

Welcome back! (He says, pretending he hasn't only been here ten days.)

Hopefully I'll be able to work with you, soon. It's always good to have old faces pop back up.
