Friend got banned for no reason , anyone?

Title says it all , friend got randomly banned from a official server , after we done a little raid , he doesnt use any sort of hacks im sure.

Just cutting trees and he got banned from EAC , only from that 1 server.

Anyone has a idea what could make that happen ?

And where to post something like a unban request?
