Friend can't apply for unban or access anything

Hello, my friend Lester Hester (Narexa) has been banned in-game and teamspeak, and cannot access forums to appeal an ban, his in-game name was Lester Hester and he was banned on the 25th February 2017. His profile, he has been banned on forum/Teamspeak and temp-banned in-game a year ago, and then he wasn't unbanned from Teamspeak/Forum so he's unable to appeal for his current permanent ban. This isn't me appealing his unban but asking how he can appeal for himself under the current circumstances and restrictions on his account, as he's unable to right now, thank you.

Staff members do their job right and they are trained to stay neutral to everyone even if it is a friend or someone close to him , this is a gaming community and obviously dont try to get yourself banned u wont end up like Narexa. What he said is quite rude and immature he made his bed. 

Unban Appeals are the last things Staff Members need to worry about and you need to be happy that we have a chance to even put one in there.

Your "Friend" Can Make an alt account and appeal following the form below. Everyone has the chance to appeal, but the chance of your friend getting unbanned is quite slim.
