FPS Issue

Hey guys, currently when i'm playing arma experiencing some fps drop issues then the game freezes and after 2 mins comes back, can anyone help me sort it out, thankyou very much.

Well, turn down the graphs?

Might as well wanna turn off Vsync to.

I had a bit of trouble as well, I normaly run with 60-80 fps H. Then it started to drop down to 30-40... Reason for that turned out to be because I was runnong the game in "fullscreen windowed" mode... Maybe ypu got the same issues?
