Founder Picture Frame

Hi there with the current changes at the rangers and Astrid stepping down as Head Ranger i thought it would be great to get a picture frame put in the station for herself as she was the founder and would like everyone to remember this so option is to remove a picture and replace with one i have made or if it needs to be somewhere else that is fine, if i need to do more stuff etc like speak to the gallery i can do this
