Is there any way I can create a gang on here and let people apply on the forums instead of ingame or is there certain requirements? and when editing my profile how can I put my gang in the gang slot?

You can create a gang thread in the 'rebels and gangs' section. You create your own template and application process.

Being able to put your gang on your profile such as below mine it says TI this only shows some of the most "well known" gangs I don't think it has been updated in a while so I don't think there is anyway you can add it at this time.

They add that when you get your teamspeak channel I'm pretty sure.
