Like the Title states DSGT Fades is getting this message when he tries to enter the forums ;

Error code: 2S160/4
Contact Us

And we would like to know how we can solve this issue I checked his stats page and he is not Banned in-game

He's probably picked up a banned IP address. Happened to me once, I just spoke to Wilco, gave him my IP address and he fixed it for me.

Happened to me st my grandparents place yesterday, switch back to mobile data and no issues

Has he not read Wilco's announcement regarding the forums and multiple accounts logged in through the same IP? He may possibly have been banned through that. Otherwise he may be getting an error, which should disappear after a router reset/ change to a different WiFi/network.

Or maybe out poor Fade is banned!
