What are the "perfect" or "exact" dimension requirements of an avatar for the forums?

I do not know the "perfect" size for the image but the file size can not be any bigger then 0.05mb.

Your image must be <≈ 50kb in size, resolution does not affect it so I'd go for the largest resolution you can get away with while keeping the size under 50kb. The website does any resizing it needs to automatically.
