Just a light suggestion but I think a ford van would be very good for RP.

Pros:
Good RP could come from this including builders etc and traveller communities. I think a lot of funny roleplay could come from this especially between a traveller community and the police.
Cons:
Dev work to be able to import
If there was ever a Ford Transit Tipper mod created for GTA this would be a whole lot better for this sort of RP but this is the closest I could find.
