I can just imagine what the unconcious people thought: Oh, a medic is coming towards me and then suddenly he just rapidly goes from 2 km away to 80 km away.

My old helicopter flight instructor used to say "you're flying this chopper like it's an aeroplane, but you must remember these choppers have all the flight charactoristics of Steinway grand piano"....
