Description of what happened: was flying around the checkpoint at Agios when i get shot out of the chopper by some random dude under a tree. No shots had been taken and then this guy just starts spraying me without warnings to back-off or anything like that.
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: nope, due to the person was not on teamspeak.
