Flatbed Parking

I have been having issues lately with parking the company flatbed accidently when trying to detach a vehicle. This issue then requires the owner of the companies flatbed to come and un-park it. 

A way of getting around this is making flatbeds not able to be parked when a vehicle is on the back. This will also help when peoples personal vehicles disappearing on the back when the flatbed is parked and having to wait for the next server restart.

Pros: Completely removes the risk of parking a company flatbed by mistake.

Cons: Dev work.

Maybe don't click so quickly? 

But anyway, is this in regards to the "Park Vehicle" option or the "Return Rented Vehicles" one (or both)?

This would be in regards to "Park Vehicle" as the Auto Exotic flatbed is owned by someone.
