Fix/Remove a certain type of taxi

A pretty simple non- essential suggestion to fix the taxis that are have a blinding advertisement on the top.

This rather bright light makes it hard to drive at night and looks very ugly in general. It also comes in a blinding custard yellow.

Its only a visual fix so no change to any balance within the server. 

Not really sure if it is a bug or indeed intentional.

Do you have a grpahics pack installed and/or tried turning off or lowering the post fx quality (i think its this)

I got same issue with it. No texture packs installed. I assume all my graphic settings are set to high or higher

Depend on your graphic settings. moved to rejected
