So it did not take long for the first officer's name to enter my little black book of names to hunt down and torture. PCSO Lucas on this very night met me with such force and brutality that i shall still be healing from the wounds he left me with for months. Not only physical but also mental damage was left upon my poor soul as i attempted to deposit some money into HM Treasury.

Now you ask, what was i doing in the treasury? simple, depositing money. My line of work is not the most tasteful but it involves repossessing council houses from those who deny to pay taxes and re-sell these properties to those who coincide with the payments which my firm demands. 

We do not operate within the main dome of the bank which i 'believe' contains gold...but i don't know anything about that *cough cough*. We rent one of the 3 red and white vaults which are located in one of the several domes scattered throughout the premises. The price which we pay will not be discussed, neither will the actual amount of cash which is stored within this container. The main point of focus is the brutality i fell victim too during my daily routine.

After quickly realizing the Treasury was being robbed by some hoodlums whilst on my regular bank deposit routine i took cover in an empty tower until i thought the coast was clear. After running for my life as well as screaming like a sissy girl the second i got out of the bank i was gunned down in cold blood by PCSO Lucas. What an evil and treacherous man he is indeed. 

Thankfully my employers supply all us co-workers with high grade go-pros which are recording at all times so that if we ever encounter problems with the people we attempting to evict we can later provide the footage in court cases as evidence. However on this day my go-pro captures something completely different to what it normally captures. 

I would like to highlight to all you hard working civilians that these are the men supposedly 'serving to protect' you on the streets and also apparently helping you out in need. I have but one thing to say, watch my recordings and read those lines again and see if you still believe in these empty promises that they fill you with.

PCSO Lucas....you better be watching your back boy. You messed with the wrong guy on this fateful day. I will come for you when you least expect it...

Sir as I said before, you came from the Treasury and it is a restricted area and it was under attack. I asked a higher up for permission to shoot you and It was a GO so I shot you. The only weapon I had on me was the Vermin and I didn't have time 2 change to my taser, think if you had a weapon in your hand, both me and Aaron would have died. It was a panic shot, yes it was my fault that I shot you with leithal but you could have pulled out a gun, it was for my safety and the officers around me.

Lucas is a really nice guy. I've been pulled over by him several times where he all the time was roleplaying very well and was very friendly. If he asked a higher op for permission then got granted permission to shoot. Then you can't really blame him to be honest.

It was unfortunate that this supposed governmental firm employed civilian was caught up in a situation where he was easily confused with some of the rebel scum that altis currently harbours as he was dressed exactly like them down to having a armoured vest. I personally spoke to the gentleman and also PCSO Lucas about the incident and although I was not satisfied with either person involved I maintained the status quo and let both on their way.

It's safe to say I will be keeping a close eye on all parties involved and look forward to a fully comprehensive and extensive capture of the incident that Mr Nozeinho is sure to provide due to his "go pro" capturing both the reason he was there and the incident itself as he says he can provide. I await with baited breath.

Due to the ongoing circumstances regarding the investigation being carried out by my employers, combines with the shifts i still have left to work for them the video shall not be out to the public until monday. Stay posted here for an update and as soon as i receive my footage back it will be out there for all to see. In the mean time if any officer would like to return to the scene of the crime for further inspection if you take a look inside the most left bank dome bearing from the main entrance to the treasury you will find 3 red and white storage containers to which i mentioned in my initial statement. Likewise with the go-pro footage any evidence you require for me to present will not be available until monday. Other than that people remember to stay away from these fascists!

Lucas is in my black book too, got shot by him, ending up with several shots in my left arm, no warnings just purely shooting. Hes a murderer and should not be assigned for the police!

If it is the case you have taken a less than agreeable interest in one of my officers, certain measures have been taken his family have been taken into protective custody and his dog sent to a safe house. Pcso Lucas now must patrol with at least one other officer at all times and report to both his Area commanding officers and check in every hour when on duty, a safe house has been provided which the pcso must make use of and carry a tag personally inserted by myself,

Reasons behind this are I believe this is an above average threat and I believe protective custody is required till the threat against the officers life can be dealt with.

The reports is in, his family has reached the safehouse, however the dog escaped and we have not been able to trace it down.

Now I'm not admitting I know the location of this dog but let's just say I know of a few at atharian hobos who will be dining on dog curry tonight....

Your 'protective' measures do no phase me, my set of skills extend further than you pigs can handle. Lucas shall pay for what he did to me last night, and the aftermath will NOT be pretty. Make sure you bring plenty of bleach.

Yeah I was actually attending the scene at the time and saw Lucas just turn around and pump led into Noz as he exited the bank joining the highway, un-armed, and talking calmly to him as he approached.

While I understand a robbery/shoot out was going on, pretty sure killing an un-armed civilian (until proven otherwise) is something that is not taught or encouraged. 

Just another thing to mention, I was repeatedly told to enter the bank and provide medical assistance for the police, by one of the cops at the scene. I won't drop any names. But please remember at the bank:

• Medic's won't be reviving to create/induce a continues wave of officers OR rebels while combat is on-going. It's not fair for either side. When the fighting ends, loving begins ^^
• If revived, you will have to either exit the area and not re-join the situation. Or pending approval, wait before re-entering the bank. Typically 5min so it's not unfair.
• If the situation is dangerous, please consider the medics safety. Should they refuse to enter the bank, please respect their decision. There will likely be a very good reason for it. And will explain it if asked. 

Medics love everyone, and we want to be as fair as possible
