1. Whats the difference between all the drug dealers (Kavala prison etc)

2. And how do you grow weed, i know the rebel market place has the seeds and water but where do you plant these

3. Whats the massive Ship in the ocean the SSR (i think) for

1. Whats the difference between all the drug dealers (Kavala prison etc)

Difference is price. Kavala drug dealer you get less money than the poseidon drug dealer. However you can sell all types of drugs at the Kavala one. The poseidon drug dealer you need to buy a Trade pass or a military pass to see these. The drugs you sell there is only the drugs poseidon have up at the time, usually weed or cocaine. Prison is to sell spice, spice is Weed and meth (i believe) and thats the one you sell at prison.

You need to buy a barn, they are hard to come by and like you said you buy all the ingredients from the farmers market. Good luck buying a barn and not being scammed. 

3. Whats the massive Ship in the ocean the SSR (i think) for

Theres 2 ships, the Stormqueen and the HMS Insurgent, stormqueen is owned by Poseidon and it there for roleplay and you can buy the Viper License from there. Viper license is an extra license which is suppose to get some rebel benefits such as buying hunters. The Insurgent is a buyable gang base, not sure if its still for sale. very expensive. 

4. How do you safley mine uranium

Buy a uranium suit from clothing store and uranium helmet (you walk slow in it) go field, processor then seller. Buy radiation pills, if your screen starts going funny then pop a pill.

@Charles Vane  Just to clarify,

The poseiden dealer is the best dealer (and do I have to buy a poseidon pass?) 

Also the spice dealer is he better or worse than the kavala dealer

The 3 dealers are 3 separate things. 

Kavala drug dealer is used to sell all drugs collected in the police controled area.

Prison only buys spice

Poseidon drug dealer can only buy poseidon drugs off you. And yes you need a trade pass or military pass to see these drug locations.
