Few Questions

Hi guys, i have 2 questions... 

1- This mornin' i was playing, doing some iron with my Zamak. I was driving when someone random shot me , he does not killed me , but he scared me. I finished what i was doing and then I decided to pass from that way again to see what s going on, but with an SUV. The same guy shot me again but this time he said something at least, something like ''stop , stop" *boom boom* ahaha . Neither this time he got me , but he pissed me off so i decided to park my suv 200 meters away , go back and kill him . I've done it, they were 2, 2 ATN gang members,i killed one and then run away with him MK. The guy text me and says that it was bannable for RDM, but, he shot me first.. I would know if i was in the thruth or not ! if not i m sorry, i ll bring the gear back to that guy .. i really think that if he shoot me first i can shoot back without say nothing, something like self defence.

2- i get him MK but i would not loose it so i thinked that if i put it into my car and then park the car into the garage, it may save. Am i wrong??

If they shot you first, you're pretty much okay to shoot back at them. The only real exception is if too much time has passed since the original gunshot. If its been 5 minutes, then you'll have to re-engage RP by saying something before anything can happen. However, if they've shot at you then 20 seconds later you've parked up and you've killed one of them, then in my opinion that's not RDM.

As for the car, if you store any Guns / Ammo / Equipment in a car in the garage, it will not save unfortunately. You'll need to by a small house and get a storage crate for your house to put the guns inside.

In situations like this, remember to have recording software running. You got lucky this time and weren't killed, but it would be a shame if you would lose all of your stuff because of this.

As for the shooting, i follow this key rule: never shoot unless RP has been initiated, even if the other party didn't engage any form of RP. This way to avoid confusion and rules that are or aren't broken.
