Fell down ladder due to bug

I fell down a ladder when i was trying to get down, i stood next to the ladder and hit space, looked in front of me and under me i didn't get the logo which indicates that 'm able to go down, i do have it recorded and in the video you can clearly see i'm not walking but just turning around to try to get down from another angle you can see the video here: http://plays.tv/video/565de43cdef7fd8716
