Description of what happened: we was in a firefight with fear at the drug dealer, hank gets killed and we move on other player positions, as we move up hank suddenly appears again before 15 minutes. after i die and get revived and die again, i get accused of breaking NLR. I then said that hank broke NLR and he admits it.

I don't understand why people don't atleast try to attempt to contact those they report.  I would highly prefer it if you contacted us.

That being said, during the point at which he broke NLR, he was not armed and posed no threat.  Upon us realising he was breaking the rule, we immediately told him to leave the area and after the entire situation died down we had stern words with him.  We are sorry this happened during the engagement, but as I said, we quickly addressed the situation.

Well thats good, but he baited me to follow him and leaded me to a team mate of yours, he then killed me. So he sort of played a combat role. He did pose a threat, he could of easily picked up a weapon.

At the point at which I realised he came back to the area where we were fighting, I personally told him to get out of the area due to the rule he was breaking.  There is no doubt he broke NLR, which is why we spoke to him afterwards, we took him aside and detailed the rule he broke and gave him a stern warning ourselves.  I'm sorry if he baited you, this wasn't a planned move in the slightest, I believe he was just simply running.

Again, we are sorry this happened during the engagement and all I can simply say is that he was told to leave the area as soon as he came back.

Its good youve spoke to him, but he did break rules, so we will have to let the admins decide.
