Which Server did this happen on: N/A
Description of what happened: 1.1M in bank, all licences and no vehicles. One player claimed he was spawning vehicles in, but I personally have no evidence of this.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 2A) Using a cheat engine / script or hack of any kind even those that may not be considered harmful like graphical enhancement utilities
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No.
