Description of what happened: were following a hemmet box to jessies to atempt a robbery, was shot at with no rp and when we set down i was killed almost instantly.

What Rule Was Broken ?: rule 5

RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: tried to resolve in side chat and they thought we were part of the memmet convoy

I tried to explain on side-chat that I needed to go to work, but if you wanted to talk about it (like adults, not insulting me like your friends), I would be more than happy to join you on TS later today. You guys responded to this with (paraphrasing): "We can discuss this on the forums".

Here's what actually happened: We were pursuing a Tempest that was recently at Jessie's. MY friend was fired upon and disengaged to deposit our cash (around the airport ). Your chopper began following my HEMMT from when I was at the airport and continued to do so until I parked up at the dealer. When you attempted to land at your first intended location, I fired warning shots at the chopper. You moved closer to the dealer (slightly away from me, with some cover) and kept landing. I fired shots directly at your chopper as you guys were closer to the ground, but you kept going. When you guys got out, I opened fire and killed one (That appeared to be acting as a decoy, so that I would reveal my position). Another of your group fired on me and killed me. From what I see from the video, you placed your assault rifle in your bag, then holstered your weapon and stepped out from cover to appear unarmed. Like I suspected, you were either being a decoy, or you were going to flank me ( under the pretense that you were unarmed) and then whip out your weapons.

I find it abhorrent that people are using the reporting system like this. It is supposed to be used to protect people from just random KOS bullshit, but from what I see each day, many people just use it for ridiculous reasons like this one. You followed my HEMMT, with the intention to rob me. I gave warning shots for you not to land, but you continued, then you shout RDM when your decoy hobo dies. 

I am not going to file another report to waste the admins time, but I would appreciate it if whichever admin is reviewing this could also take a look at the clear lack of 'value for life' that the person I killed displayed, by running out into the line of fire in this scenario (even after saying "Yes, he's shooting"), in order to give my position away to her companions. That, in my opinion, is the biggest issue that can be seen from this event, as this would never happen in real life. Defending oneself against people clearly trying to rob you, would....

Also, this is clear misuse of the reporting system (also, in my opinion).

and the people that were with me are not talking on my behalf.

Correction, you took a pistol from the inventory, not an assault rifle. That is the only comment I have to make on your response. I'll leave the rest up to the admins.

You can see the tempest we were chasing (How the scenario began). 

You can see them landing in anticipation of ambushing us at the airport atm (We saw them landing behind the airport building).

You can see that we had more than enough reason to believe that they were attempting to rob us (So we had the right to defend).

Therefore, when they followed me to the dealer, they were quite fortunate to receive warning shots from me in the first place.

You do know you cant directly shoot at a chopper in the red zone with no prior RP interaction right, so technically you admitted to rnadoming.

#1 - Jessie Pinkman's is't in the red zone.

#2 - I'm not aware of any rules that say that I am not allowed to shoot at a chopper if they have been issued with warning shots and are clearly there to do me harm (physically or financially).

#3 - You are not part of this report, which I believe means that you should not be responding to this thread.

Going to reject this report on the only grounds you were following them....

HOWEVER, That's not authorisation to shoot down people getting out of a chopper..... you MUST initiate in roleplay before you open fire. Unfortunately, the OP needs to sort their audio out on their recording as I could not tell if anything was said, or if anyone else is firing.

I'm going to warn you Mr @Drankazi, Reports of shooting at people because they were following you, without any roleplay can be considered RDM.
