Fee Structure​

We know that our work and reputation is based off of results, therefore we don't charge by time, we charge by result. We will establish what you are looking to achieve with your case and will price accordingly, we may ask some questions and we will need you to answer honestly, in order for us to get the case dismissed, charges reduced or to represent you if you decide to press charges against someone else.​

Fees will be discussed at before legal representation is provided, if you are not a known client and cannot be vouched for, you may be asked to provide partial payment upfront.​

We do have a full fee structure in place, which will be explained upon representation.​

Organisational Representation​

We are always looking for new clients, and we are happy to represent organisations and groups, we can provide one-off cases, or alternatively become the on-call firm that will deal with anything you need.​

Dangerous Driving, Failing to Stop and Possession of a Bladed Article results in NO FURTHER ACTION

Solicitor Gustavo Fabela and apprentice Michael Kourse were able to contest the evidence provided by the arresting officers. The arresting officers were only able to provide a verbal statement of the incident and body-cam footage was unavailable for the incident. We worked with the client to ensure that his lawful purpose for possessing a bladed article was communicated to the arresting officer. As a result, the bladed article was seized and no further action was taken against our client. 
Furthermore, Fabela & Sons were fully prepared to pursue a case of excessive force against the Los Santos Police Service for tasering a suspect that presented no reasonable threat, however due to our client's ethics, he decided not to take legal action against the LSPS.

A Large Sentence Reduction

Solicitor Gustavo Fabela was able to reduce what would have been a certain murder charge without legal defence, which could have resulted in a 720 month sentence down to a manslaughter charge of 180 months. As a result, our client was able to get back to life and to the things that matter to them quicker.
