Usually I do not post things asking for help, however recently this issue has become extreme...
Usually my internet operates at the same speeds as below:
However I notice that every time I go in to the arma server browser and the RPUK servers, my ping skyrockets upon joining servers (most noticeably when viewing my client connection information on teamspeak, the ping goes from a steady 24ms to around 200 to even 600 at times, for about a burst of 10 seconds and then returns to 24ms).
Recently the game has become completely unplayable due to these ping spikes that always manage to get me kicked off the servers, and I have now tried pretty much everything on every forum listed in the first 2 pages of google, that are relevant to my issue...
My specifications are below:
Average Download Speeds: Around 50mb/s
Average Upload Speeds: Around 10mb/s
Average Ping: Usually around 24 on teamsspeak
Processor: Quad Core inter i5-3570k 3.40GHz CPU (for some reason windows lists it as being 3.40GHz and 3.80GHz)
RAM: 8GB
Type of system: 64 Bit, x64
OS: Windows 10 Ofcourse
Graphics Card: GTX 1060
I have even tried resetting my router completely (Router is the Netgear Nighthawk R800)
I am not directly connected to the router, I use an extended ethernet via wall plug adapters from BT
If you require any additional information, I will be happy to provide it...
Any help would be immensely appreciated

NOTE: I truly am a network hobo (although I know a thing or too) so plzzz don't slam me for doing stupid things to try and fix this, that clearly won't work)
Deleted battle eye and reinstalled it - Fail
Steam Verified Game Cache - Fail
Updated all drivers (Network, graphics, CPU etc) - Fail
Added CafeRate at 6000 value to steam Regedit - Semi Worked (Document: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VOLA5sNqjX-0tS06fkZinqP2g2N3igcyO1x-JRk6aFo/edit?usp=sharing)
Restart computer - Restarted but not fully tested ingame yet
Reset firewall and confirmed Arma 3 has access to it - Confirmed Arma can get through windows firewall, reset did not work
