Exploit or Glitch?

Hi Guys,

My first question is this: 

When zip tying someone,  I've noticed that some players seem to simply vanish... is this a glitch or is it some sort of exploit? 

Secondly:

I recently stored a large amount of equipment in a owned house, after logging on the next day everything is gone (Yes I synced data) I don't have proof therefore I'm not making a claim. However does anyone know anything about this? And more importantly how to prevent this? From now I will screenshot everything hahaha

Both glitches mate, the first one, the player is usually still there on their screen, just invisible for you as they haven't rendered after being escorted for example, really irritating. Second one never happened to me so i can't really help unfortunately

I heard that the second issue is actually caused by Elakin, due to him following everyone back to their house and robbing everything.

no,  I went back, logged out. Upon my return  I still had items from previous runs, but not my most recent one...
