Description of what happened:Me and Carl got killed. But Carl thought it was RDM so we went to speak with EXP Endrogen which is the guy who shot Carl. And while Carl was being calm and honest about the situation Endrogen decided to constantly swear at a 13 years old dude. And then he kept going and i typed in ts chat that he should be more calm because hes talking to a 13 years old pal and Endrogen is i believe is 18+. Carl got really upset about this and Endrogen should now better.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:1A) Bullying is punished by a permanent ban without appeal

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:Well i dont see any reasons why should i resolve this with him after this attitude. Alrighty, In the screenshot I asked you to stop messaging me. This was the third time I had asked you to stop messaging me and yet you continued to harass me on teamspeak. If you continue to message people after they ask you to stop (No mentors online for me to raise this to) then expect a certain amount of hostility.

With regards to the video,

You were killed fairly in a gunfight within kavala. You robbed a member of EXP and were told that you were surrounded and told to comply. You didn't and you died, afterwards you started crying wolf on sidechat "EXP are a bunch of RDMers, Don't listen to them they are a bunch of liars" Etc etc, which was referenced in the conversation we had. 

Bullying is simply out of the question, you're just making up a story on that front to try and get me in trouble. Having a disagreement with someone isn't bullying.... it's a disagreement.

The rule with threatening to report is an In-game rule. If you come to teamspeak to try and resolve something and communications break down... then there will be a report. That's common sense.

And the last point you raised being common sense.... I think with all due respect you need to take your own advice on that one, Bear-baiting someone by sending them smug comments will only end up getting yourself in trouble.

Ok to be fair I didn't get upset. I joined the TS after to try to talk about why Endrogen was acting so pissed. I don't want him to be banned because I really like Endrogen and other members of EXP. But you don't have to act so pissed Endrogen as well as when I joined after to see why you were so pissed and you're best excuse was "Because you were wasting my time" Which pissed me off because I just wanted answers and you can take 5 min out of you're life to do so but like I said I don't want him banned I just don't want him acting like that in TS when somebody is trying to talk to you about a rule broken.

Carl, I wasn't angry at you and our conversation that we had together confirmed that. I explained to you that I was annoyed at GC Ali causing trouble once again and that the I overlace my words with profanity subconsciously, No swears were directed at anyone and were instead a factor of my frustration.

I wasnt causing trouble i was being accompany to Carl. I never spoke and i said it was square on my part. And then you started swearing at Carl i typed that you should calm down and hes 13 then you started attacking on me. And now youre trying to blame your swearing , bullying and threats on me. I accept you're honesty and I believe you but the reason I thought that you were being mean is because of the tone you had in you're voice. But like I want to say now I don't want Endrogen banned I don't see a reason, And anybody reading this is they think its wrong or right don't talk about what I should say I know what I want to say and I don't want to be pushed around letting others say for me. Ali, You've made it your goal to try and report EXP since you were banned for RDM'ing one of our members. Which several people have noticed and sent me messages critizing you. You calling me a toxic person is quite frankly the pot calling the kettle black, You were not accompanying Carl, you joined the room several minutes after Carl and done nothing but antagonise the people involved. I will not comment any further unless an admin asks me to do so, and I would appreciate if you could keep your toxic propaganda to yourself.

As i said and will say. We had no chat on team speak i never spoke to you. You just started attacking me when i said you shouldnt swear at Carl. Please stop lying and bull shitting a different story every time you justify yourself. You think swearing at people is cool and you are selfish.
