@Nick Roosen I looove me some exile. I have my own little exile server running for friends with DMS AI Missions, Roaming AI foot, vehicle and Air Patrols, and ZCPs Capture Points.
Mainly geared towards a PVE experience, but nothing to stop you from engaging in PVP. The large amount of missions, captures and the roaming AI means you're never far from a gunfight.
Air patrols are armed, and will drop paratrooper reinforcements, AI can call in air support, but on the otherhand, you cna take a titan missile launcher and blow them clean out of the sky
I like to buy some SLAM mines, find a heavily patrolled area, put down some mines and wait for a vehicle to go past, then it's shoot-em-up central.
