Hello, last Time i tried excavating, i bought boat, and diving gear, but i cannot find the excavator in any shop, is it deleted or what?

I think the excavator can only be bought at rebel outpost, advanced weapons or blackmarket.

Nah you’re wrong you can only buy them at a Market (not gas station markets)... Its not available at either rebel or advanced not even blackmarket

It was in the Kavala Market when I was there a few mins ago.
