Event license?

On @Ant Arni‘s stats page, it shows an event license. What is it and how do I get it?

It was an old license for admins. If you had a such a license, you could operate disco-lights in Kavala square (these lights got removed now). So basically the license is useless at this point of time.

This can only be enabled by admins and gives you access to the lighting at the club and such
