Currently, there is no simple way to purchase a house. Having to walk around physically searching and you are only limited to one property.
If we had a car dealer type estate agent where people could contact and they have all the information on available properties, prices etc. This would provide a more authentic experience for buying a property whether a domestic house, or a business premises.
Roleplay potential will be significantly increased when it comes to these things.
An estate agent could maybe be the only person who can enter unsold homes to view the inside as they would have the key.
This also allows selling properties to be viable. An estate agent is able to sell your house for you and act as a trusted third party.
Adding an estate agency in each part of Los Santos will provide a genuine place where players can come to discuss properties.
