The island has hundreds of homes across the various counties up for sale at a given time. What if instead of going up to a random door hoping that you may interact with it, we could simply visit an estate agency like Dynasty 8 or Lenny Avery, or even a player owned estate agency.
This would let you view a catalog of homes across the island which are currently up for sale alongside their prices.
New estate agencies could open up and compete against one another similar to how dealerships operate. Players could sell their homes directly to one another through agencies similar to how player-to-player vehicle sales operate.
