EMS messages as police?

So i realized that i am getting ems messages when sometimes playing as an officer. Is this because there are no medics online at the time, if so does that mean we have to respond?

That's correct, since no medics are online the police are getting those requests, since some officers are not trained medics you could always go with something "I only got the basic knowledge to get you on your feet, and I recommend you make your way to the nearest hospital to get some professional help." #RPEVERYTHING.

You don't *have* to response, completely up to you if you go or not, as Miiiikkel said though, we only get them if the NHS are completely offline
