Description of what happened:
we saw an offroad who crashed, we stopped, 3 rebels got out, told us to put our hands up so PC ximi got out first with hes rifle pointed THE OTHER way to put hes hands up, at first i wanted to drive away but ximi got out as told above so i wanted to get out aswell and so did my PCSO and they immediatly opened fire on us as you can see on the vid

yes he didnt want to talk about it, he said he also had recordings so i can put it on the forums
