It seemed like a bounty hunter running after a guy, he tazed him down and we helped him out by restraining him. He then proceeded to disconnect.

Can confirm that Elias RDM'ed my friend and shot at me, but I have no evidence.

You are talking about the other elias right? I gave him a gun and minutes after i can see him killing people. I have no evidence since i saw him killing people through looking at the killfeed.
